Our Products and
Services VSII specializes in
vision-assisted robot guidance applications. We support either fixed-camera
or robot-mounted configurations with a single, standard architecture.
Applications include sealant deposition, material handling applications,
racking/deracking, welding, paint and general assembly operations.
VisionHub is a system
architecture that provides 3 fundamental functions to a robotics work cell:
Integration services. A network-based interface
between multiple smart sensors and multiple robot controllers make
communications between vision systems and robots quick, low cost and
easy to implement.
Calibration services. These tools allow all
smart sensors and robots to work in a common coordinate system. They
also provide the means to convert sensor two-dimensional capability
into the true 3-dimension information required by the robot.
Set up services. These tools allow the
cell to automatically set up the smart sensor or vision system without
the need for a vision specialist.
VSII also provides
the engineering and consulting services required to configure and install
these systems.
Our
Technology Vision
Solutions International has developed a technologically innovative 3D,
6-axis robot guidance system since its founding in 2002. The VSII
technology is extremely flexible and can be used for precise 3D guidance
and measurement. The VSII technology utilizes triangulation-based methods
such as stereo vision, structured light or single camera methods to
produce true 3D vision systems. VSII’s newest offering leverages
networked intelligent cameras to achieve lower cost, and greater system
flexibility, reliability, performance and ease-of-use compared to
competitive offerings. The core of our product line is our VisionHub
technology platform.
